KVKK — Personal Data Protection

This notice is issued by Duru ULV Teknoloji Sistemleri (“Data Controller”) under Turkish Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (“KVKK”).

Where cross-border transfer applies, the conditions in Article 9 of the KVKK are observed.

6. Retention Period

Personal data is retained for as long as required by the processing purpose and applicable limitation periods; it is then deleted, destroyed, or anonymized.

7. Your Rights under the KVKK

Under Article 11 of the KVKK, you may apply to the data controller to:

• Learn whether your personal data is processed,
• Request information if it has been processed,
• Learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly,
• Know the third parties to whom data is transferred domestically or abroad,
• Request correction if data is incomplete or inaccurate,
• Request deletion or destruction under the conditions in Article 7 of the KVKK,
• Object to outcomes against you arising from analysis by automated systems,
• Claim compensation if you suffer damage due to unlawful processing
